For pancake day (Feb 16th.) I just couldn't get myself together to make the red velvet pancakes I desperately wanted to make :-( Did you? Instead I made Sweet Buttermilk pancakes by "The Invisible Chef". On top of that, I sent this same mix to clients I am dying to work for :)
They were pretty SCRUMPTIOUS! You still have the rest of February to enjoy pancake month, so if you haven't been, it's a must that you do!
